In March 2024, the MSBA issued an RFR to Provide Building Commissioning Services on public school construction, renovation, and repair projects in Massachusetts.
The MSBA evaluated 23 responses, and staff advanced all responses for Phase Two Review. Staff recommended the following to the Board of Directors on June 26, 2024:
