Pro-Pay
Through its’ “pay-as-you-build” Progress Payment System, the MSBA reimburses districts for eligible project costs during construction.
Project Advisories
The MSBA anticipates issuing project advisories from time to time, as informational updates for Districts, Owner’s Project Managers (OPMs) and Designers in an effort to facilitate the efficient and effective administration of proposed projects currently pending review by the MSBA and/or projects with an agreed upon Project Scope and Budget Agreement or Project Funding Agreement.
